The rules for using the SOWEEDHO draft application.

1.Draft status
These Terms are a pre-launch draft. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: identify the legal operator, governing law, jurisdiction and launch date.
2.The service
SOWEEDHO provides wellness tracking, educational content, an AI guide, community features, Support Circle tools, voice notes, gifts and premium access. Features may change during beta.
3.Not medical care
SOWEEDHO is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, prescribe or treat. Use emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional for urgent or personal medical care.
4.Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect access to their account, respect other people’s privacy and avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful content. Do not upload information you lack permission to share.
5.Community and Support Circle
Users remain responsible for content and invitations they send. “Anonymous” community presentation does not remove the account link maintained for safety and moderation. Support Circle links must be shared only with intended recipients.
6.AI guide
AI output is educational, may be incomplete or incorrect, and must not replace professional judgment. Exact questions and responses may be stored as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.Payments
Base44 Payments processes checkout. Prices and currencies are shown before payment. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: approve refund, cancellation, tax and consumer-right terms before accepting production payments.
8.Availability and responsibility
The draft may experience interruptions or errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: approve warranty, liability and dispute language for the applicable countries.
