Data Deletion

What SOWEEDHO can currently erase and how to request broader deletion.

1.What the current in-app erasure removes

The existing signed-in erasure action removes UserProfile, cycle and pregnancy logs, health scores, support records, voice-note database records, gifts, reviews, community content, notifications, AI response history and WhatsAppMessage records associated with the account. Selected identifiers on paid purchase records are removed.

2.What is not automatically verified as deleted

The current erasure action is not verified to delete the Base44 authentication account, Base44 agent conversations or memory, uploaded audio or image files, pending or failed payment records, service-provider records or backups. Paid transaction records may be retained with selected links removed.

3.Full deletion request

A signed-in user may submit the request below after confirming the account email and typing the required phrase. A request creates a private audit record with a pending status. It does not immediately erase data. You may cancel while it is pending; cancellation is disabled once processing begins. No completion deadline is promised in this draft.

4.Other rights

You may also request access or correction at privacy@soweedho.com. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: approve the operational process for authenticating, processing, completing and documenting requests across Base44, SiteBehaviour, Base44 Payments, WhatsApp, email, file storage and backups.
