Privacy Policy
How the SOWEEDHO draft collects, uses, infers, stores and shares personal and wellness information.

1.Who operates SOWEEDHO
SOWEEDHO™ provides the application described in this policy. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: add the legal name of the operator, its country of establishment, and any legally required privacy representative. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@soweedho.com.
2.Data you provide
Account data includes your name, email address and authentication activity handled by Base44. Profile and wellness data may include language, age group, country, journey type, goals, interests, cycle dates and length, period length, pregnancy due date, whether this is a first pregnancy, baby birth date, breastfeeding status, symptoms, moods, notes, weight, images, health scores, emergency contacts, doctor and hospital details, community content, Support Circle contacts and relationships, gifts, reviews and notification preferences.
3.Data we infer
The app may infer cycle day, predicted period dates, a fertile window or likely ovulation date, pregnancy week, postpartum milestones, health-score trends, logging patterns, relevant journey content, AI question intent, risk level and whether an emergency warning should be shown. These are wellness estimates, not diagnoses.
4.Why we use this information
We use account data to register and secure access; profile and journey data to personalize the app; cycle, pregnancy and postpartum data to calculate wellness timelines; symptoms, moods and scores to display trends; contact and relationship data to operate the Support Circle; messages and media to deliver features users choose; and transaction data to create and verify gifts or premium access.
5.When onboarding answers are stored
Before health-related questions are shown, the visitor must confirm that they are 18 or older. Onboarding answers then remain only in short-lived application memory while the flow is open; they are not written to browser local storage, analytics, URLs or the database. After required service consent and successful email verification, selected answers are saved to UserProfile. The temporary answers are cleared after completion or when age cannot be confirmed.
6.AI processing and conversations
When you use the SOWEEDHO Guide, your exact message is sent to the Base44 agent service. Health questions are checked against emergency phrases and approved SOWEEDHO knowledge articles. When an approved article matches, the exact question and approved content are sent through Base44’s Core AI service for a constrained rephrasing; web search is disabled in this flow. The app stores the exact question, response, account identifiers and inferred intent, journey and risk fields in private history. Base44 agent conversations and memory are also separate from that history. WhatsApp use sends information through WhatsApp and may store the phone number and message record.
7.Support Circle boundaries
Support Circle records can include a supporter’s name, contact details, relationship, permission level, invitation choice and personal message. Supporters do not automatically receive private cycle, symptom, mood, medical or journal records. Invitation pages may show the inviter’s first name, relationship context, permitted support actions and personal message. Invitation links should be treated as private.
8.Voice notes and media
Voice recordings remain in browser memory while recording and previewing. Sending a note uploads the audio to private Base44 file storage and stores its private file reference, duration, caption, sender and intended recipient context. Playback uses a short-lived signed link. Voice notes are limited to the linked supporter, intended recipient and administrators. Deleting a database record is not currently verified to delete the underlying stored file. Avatars and other selected images are also uploaded through Base44 storage.
9.Gifts and payments
Gift records may include sender and recipient identifiers, contact details, relationship, message, amount, currency and status. Base44 Payments hosts checkout and collects checkout details such as the buyer’s name, email and address. SOWEEDHO stores a checkout-session identifier, order identifier, amount, currency, purchaser or recipient links and payment status so access or a gift can be verified.
10.Service providers and transfers
Verified services used by the draft include Base44 for hosting, authentication, data, functions, AI, email and files; SiteBehaviour for globally loaded behaviour tracking; Base44 Payments for checkout; WhatsApp when a user chooses that channel; and Google Fonts. These services may process data outside the user’s country. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: confirm each provider’s legal identity, purpose, processing country, contractual safeguards and current subprocessor list before launch.
11.Retention and deletion
Beta feedback and allowlisted beta analytics events are retained for no more than 90 days and expired records are deleted by a daily automated cleanup. A signed-in tester may delete their feedback earlier. Other data remains until the user deletes it, submits a deletion request, or an owner-approved retention rule applies. The account-deletion function is not verified to delete the Base44 authentication account, agent conversations or memory, uploaded files, provider records or backups. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: approve retention periods for all other categories and backup-deletion practices.
12.Your choices and rights
Signed-in users can view and correct profile information, export many application records as JSON, remove many application records, or submit a full deletion request. The current export is limited to 500 records per category and does not include every provider-held record or uploaded file. Depending on applicable law, users may also have rights to access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. Contact privacy@soweedho.com for help.
13.Security practices
SOWEEDHO uses authenticated access and entity access rules for private application records, and data is transmitted through secured web connections. Some sensitive details are masked in the interface. The privacy-screen PIN is a display control, not separate account authentication or encryption. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: confirm platform security, incident response and encryption statements before making additional claims.
14.Adults-only beta
The beta is limited to people aged 18 or older. Before any health-related onboarding questions, visitors must attest that they are at least 18. Visitors who cannot confirm are stopped before account creation and their temporary answers are discarded. SOWEEDHO does not request or store a user birth date for this age check.
