1.How to get help
For account, privacy, data-access, correction, export, deletion, policy or Support Circle questions, email privacy@soweedho.com. Do not include unnecessary health details in email.
2.Medical help
Support email is not monitored as an emergency or clinical service. For urgent symptoms or danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
3.What to include
Include the email address used for your account and a short description of the issue. Never send your password, one-time code or payment credentials.
4.Response expectations
OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED: add supported hours, response target, languages, escalation process and the legal operator’s support contact before launch.
